CONTRIVING AN ASSET.

Take a minute to think about this,you probably have ever created
something of value to the organisation/company you are employed in and
it usually generates alot of money.Am sorry to say this but that money
is for the company not YOURS!! Have you ever taken time to think'what
if that asset you built for the company was yours?? You would have
been a BILLIONAIRE!!
What I am simply trying to drive into you senses is that you should
'CREATE AN ASSET' that will generate "passive income",this means that
you will only do work once(of contriving the asset)and earn money
forever.Before creating an asset make sure its something that sells or
has a high demand and wider market.
Here are examples of assets that you can create which can MAKE you MONEY.

1.RENTAL SYSTEMS.
These are money generating activities that allow you to earn money
from others renting your assets.An example is in real estates because
you will build homes and apartments once and earn money forever since
clients will pay you rent each month.Artists can also licence their
photos,music or artistic work.If you are an inventor,you can also
patent an invention/project and licence it to corporations to use.

2.SOFTWARE SYSTEMS.
These generate money with code and is usually done on the
internet[online].This could be anything from financial software to an
iphone application.Once created these assets can be sold to MILLIONS
of people.Really?Yeah since the internet is common worldwide.

3.CONTENT SYSTEMS.
These are just fancy way of saying "i sell information" Selling
information means you are an author an editor or a blogger.I will
